Formbuilder: expanding the fields (country-chooser, birthdate and file-uploader)

For multi-language websites, it would be handy to add a dropdown with all countries from SpoonLocale::getCountries().

For a job module, it would be nice to have a birthdate selector. You can't use the ->addDate(), because you can't select a year.
A possible solution: Maby adjusting the date calender so you can choose a year would be nice.
Or using 3 dropdowns: "day" / "month" / "year"...

Requesting the file-uploader again with some filetype checking.

    Another integration for the formbuiler:
Some clients wants a better integration for the "recipients".

F.e.: a dropdownfield "You are interested in?":

    • Sales => will be send to sales@...

    • Question => will be send to info@...

    • Delivery date => will be send to pascal@...

    • Support => will be send to support@...

So one form, with a dropdownlist (or radiobuttons) that has values and the email recipient.

A solution could be To integrate something that allows you to add an emailadress to a value in a dropdown or radiobutton.
When the form is submitted => Fetch the "after_submission" trigger and send another mail to the person that is connected to the value in the dropdown.

I will going to work on adding additional fields to the form builder. I will share work with the community when I have finished.

    Hi all,

    has this gone somewhere?
I'm in need of this kind of option.
Or if someone can give me some clues on how to get this done? It would be appreciated!
