Use page ids for internal links

If I create an internal link with the editor widget there seems to be no permanent relation to the linked page - if the linked page is renamed, the link gets broken. It would be useful to add an internal page id to the link which

  • makes it possible to preselect the page on re-opening the link popup
  • makes the link permanent - the resulting link would be regenerated in frontend from this id
  • makes it possible to hide links to unavailable internal pages in frontend and mark them red in backend
  • should not show up in frontend, of course

This is the way it is handled for example in TYPO3; powerful feature which should not be too hard to implement (did something like this in my own Smarty-based CMS).
